        Hi Missy, it’s not a tool, it’s a (cloud) service. Content is saved on different servers around the world. Your visitor gets content from the server that’s closest to him / her. That makes your website faster for everybody. There are a lot of CDN services, but CloudFlare is a free one. It’s very simple to set up too.

    With this free tool by Google you can measure the speed of your blog or site. You should check this before AND after you install W3 cache for example…
